we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair to both families and our facilitators, who prepare in advance for each child.

Cancellation Policy:

• No rescheduling allowed.

Cancellations by Participants:

• Less than 3 days' notice or no-show:Due to pre-arranged staffing and materials. Cancellation fee: 100% of program fee.

• Medical reasons:No cancellation fee may be applied upon presentation of a medical certificate. A full refund or credit may be provided.
