Community Wellbeing Programmes

The Empower+ Connect initiative provides a safe, culturally responsive, and inclusive space for:


- Parents of children with disabilities
- Youth with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges
- Single parents and migrant families
- Ethnic minority families

Through workshops, creative activities, and mental wellness support, the program builds community resilience, encourages help-seeking behavior, and supports whānau wellbeing.

- Parent-child interactive sessions
- Nutrition education supporting mental wellness

Nature and Social Outings

Peer Support Circles & Parent Groups

Migrants Parents Group

Migrants Parents Group

A culturally inclusive group that supports Asian migrant parents adjusting to life in Aotearoa. This group offers a space to connect, share stories, discuss parenting in a new culture, and receive mental wellness guidance in a respectful and understanding setting. We celebrate diversity while fostering wellbeing and belonging.

FutureLab is a club designed to explore future technologies and scientific advancements while transforming creative ideas into reality. Through hands-on experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), students engage in various projects and workshops that develop problem-solving skills and creativity. The program empowers participants to address real-world challenges with both scientific knowledge and innovative thinking.
