Special Event Staff

- Hamilton / Auckland

Focus: High energy, local residents, and one-off special events.

Overview: Be the energy behind our biggest moments! We are seeking dynamic "Special Event Staff" for our regional festivals and workshops held on Saturdays or during special seasons. We are specifically looking for local residents in Auckland and Hamilton to join our regional talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Engine: Rapid site setup and pack-down of equipment and stations.

• On-site Management: Manage digital check-ins and maintain 100% headcount accuracy for child safety.

• Media Capture: Take high-quality photos/videos of the event for social media and reporting.

• Admin: Upload receipts and session feedback via the mobile app.

Requirements:

• Local Resident: Must be a resident of the city where the event is held (Auckland or Hamilton).

• Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on-site.

• Physicality: Comfortable with light physical work (moving tables/gear).

Remuneration:

• Rate: $25.00 per hour 

• Guaranteed Pay: Minimum 2 hours per session.
