Casual Staff - Hamilton

(After School & Holiday Program)

Join our core operations team in Hamilton! We are looking for reliable staff to support our weekly After School programs and seasonal Holiday Programs. This role offers a mix of on-site program support and remote administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Support: Assist with on-site setup and supervision during After School and Holiday sessions.

• Punctuality: Strict punctuality is essential. You must arrive exactly by the event start time.

• Commitment: Looking for someone who can commit for at least 1 year.

• Character: Must love working with children, be highly responsible, and maintain a positive vibe.

• Hybrid Admin: Simple attendance data entry and communication via our digital platform (Work from Home).

Session Schedule (Varies by Term): Please note that locations and times change each term.

• After School Sessions:  6 weeks /term

  • Term 1: * Mon: 5:20 PM – 6:20 PM (Hamilton Roller Skate)

    • Tue: 4:20 PM – 5:20 PM (Chartwell Church)

  • Term 2: Wed: 3:50 PM – 4:50 PM (TOPSPIN Pickleball)

  • Term 3: Wed: 4:20 PM – 5:20 PM (Water World)

  • Term 4: Wed: 4:20 PM – 5:20 PM (East Link)

• Holiday Sessions:

  • Mon – Sat (5-6 days during school holidays)

  • 9:50 AM – 10:50 AM (Hamilton Location)

• Workshop / Events:

  • Fri (1-2 days/month): 4:20 PM – 6:20 PM (Hamilton Location)

Requirements:

• Location: Based in or near Hamilton.

• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different locations and times each term.

• Vibe: Organized, proactive, and comfortable with digital tools.

• Transportation: Since locations change, having a reliable vehicle/driver’s license is highly recommended.

Remuneration:

• Rate: $25.00 per hour 

• Guaranteed Pay: Minimum 2 hours per session.
