- 05As our community continues to grow, demand for our Holiday Programmes has increased significantly. Because venue capacity and programme spaces are limited, we are unable to offer a place to every student. To ensure the process is fair, transparent, and consistent for all families, Holiday Programme registration access is managed automatically through our check-in system.### 📋 How Priority Registration WorksOur system reviews attendance, punctuality, ongoing participation, and community engagement and releases registration access in three stages:1️⃣ First PriorityLive Better Youth Volunteers & Student Leaders2️⃣ Second PriorityActive Term Participants with 100% attendance and punctuality, with no unexcused absences or lateness3️⃣ Third PriorityLong-term Active Members & General Community Members, subject to remaining capacity### ⚠️ Important: Registration Access Is AutomaticPlease do not email or send private messages requesting early or open access to registration.Registration invitations are automatically generated according to the priority system. Our team is not able to manually override the system or make individual exceptions. For example, if an exception were made for one student who did not meet the current priority criteria, it would be unfair to other students who have consistently attended sessions and followed the programme requirements. We kindly ask all families to understand and respect this policy.### ℹ️ Holiday Programme StatusThis term, a record number of students achieved 100% attendance and punctuality. As a result, the initial Holiday Programme spaces have filled very quickly through the priority registration process.Current Status:If you have not received a direct invitation link, this means your registration window has not yet opened under our standard priority process. What happens next?If additional spaces become available after the initial priority registration windows close, invitation links will be automatically extended to eligible remaining members, subject to availability. We understand that this may be disappointing for families hoping to secure a place immediately. However, applying the same policy to everyone allows us to reward commitment and participation while maintaining a safe, manageable, and high-quality environment for our children and youth.📖 Full Membership Policy:[Live Better Membership Policy](https://www.livebetternz.org/membershippolicy?utm_source=chatgpt.com)Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support of Live Better New Zealand as we work to support as many families in Hamilton as possible. 💙
